Steam these tasty morsels for 2 or 3 minutes in a little white wine (Always remember, don't use anything you wouldn't drink) until they open, exposing little bits of heaven just for you! With a moderate flavor and firmer texture than clams, Blue Mussels can also be substituted for clams in a variety of dishes. Sold by the pound, you never end up with more than you need!
