Oven Broiled Swordfish
Substitution: Salmon, Swordfish, Tuna, Mako Sharo, Marlin, Halibut, Grouper, Scallops, Lobster, Shrimp, Mahi-Mahi, Sea Bass
o 4 Swordfish Steaks
o ½ c sour cream
o ½ c mayonnaise
o 1 T lemon & pepper seasoning salt
Place the swordfish steaks on a cookie sheet lined with aluminum foil.
Combine the sour cream & mayonnaise. Spread the mixture over the steaks.
Sprinkle the seasoning salt over the swordfish.
Broil the steaks in middle of the oven until golden brown.
