Swordfish with Thyme Butter

 

Substitution: Salmon, Swordfish, Tuna, Mako Shark, Marlin, Halibut, Grouper, Scallops, Lobster, Shrimp, Mahi-Mahi, Sea Bass

 

4-6 pieces Swordfish

½ c butter

2 T chopped walnuts

1 t thyme

1½ t lemon juice

½ t minced garlic

½ t coarsely ground black pepper

 

Mix all ingredients, except fish.

Roll mixture in plastic wrap and refrigerate.

Slice butter mixture and put over fish.

Bake, broil or grill.
